The purpose of this communication is to draw your attention to
some upcoming events at the school this month.
School
Council Election of Executive and Organizational Meeting
This meeting will take place on Thursday,
September 20 at 7:00 pm -9:00 pm. It will be held in the school’s
Library on the second floor. All parents are welcome to attend. We’re looking
forward to having you join us if you are interested in volunteering in this
capacity.
PA Day
Monday, September 24, 2018 is a Professional
Activity Day for teachers. There is no school for students.
Picture Day
Picture Day is on Wednesday, September 26 throughout
the day for our students.
“Meet the
Teacher” Night
This meeting will occur on Thursday, September 27 at 6:30 pm.
The program will commence in the school’s gymnasium. After some remarks and
introductions, there will be information shared in the children’s classrooms.
We expect the evening to conclude by shortly after 8:00 pm. You are most
welcome to bring your children.

Walk
Roméo Dallaire’s 4th Annual Terry Fox walk is on Friday,
September 28 in the afternoon.
The rain date is on Monday, October 1.

Please note that our “Upcoming Events” are shared on Edsby and in our
monthly school newsletter. The first monthly newsletter of this school year
will be shared towards the end of September on Edsby and by blog which can be
reached through our school website.
